    The Aquarium Bar, built inside the old natural history museum's actual aquarium, has porthole windows and curved retro love seats, which sets the tone for this 23-room hotel on the Côte d'Émeraude. The Art Deco bones are intact, the color palette runs sand to deep blue, and every room faces the water. Dinard markets itself as the Cannes of the north, and Castelbrac plays that part without taking it too seriously. The hotel holds 2 Michelin Keys.
