A Danish hospitality group running a boutique resort on the outskirts of Ubud is a strange pitch, but the Scandinavian modernism sits surprisingly well against Balinese villa architecture. The entry-level suite comes in at 60 square meters with valley views, and it goes up from there to private plunge pools and full villas. The Blind Pig does speakeasy cocktails; the infinity pool does the rest. Michelin awarded it one Key.
