    A grand Beaux-Arts building with a vaulted lobby and an original staircase that makes you feel slightly underdressed on arrival. The Fidelity is a 165-room hotel in downtown Cincinnati with a Parisian-inflected sensibility, 17 apartment-style suites, and restored terraces that suggest the building has always known it was something. Gwynne handles dinner; Cora's All-Day Café covers everything else. Selected by the Michelin Guide.
