The Zirbelstube takes its name from the Swiss pine paneling that lines the room, warm and faintly resinous, the kind of interior that makes you sit up a little straighter without feeling punished for it. This is a fine dining room inside the Colombi Hotel, built around French classics handled with real precision by a chef schooled in Michelin-starred kitchens, which this room now is one of. A set menu runs three to six courses, or you can order à la carte.
