Cosmo's is a casual wood-fired pizza spot in a former funeral home, which is the kind of backstory the name does nothing to prepare you for. You order at the counter, and the pies arrive stacked on a tomato can. The roasted vegetables, a whole cauliflower and harissa carrots, keep pace with the pizza, and the soft-serve flavor rotates monthly. Solo diners get the small bar, where a draft Negroni helps.
