An Italian flag out front and a line out the door is the whole story before you even walk in. This NoHo sandwich shop keeps things unapologetically New York Italian-American, built around house-made schiacciata, a thinner, crispier cousin to focaccia. The Tony Piccante, a crispy chicken cutlet with vodka sauce and roasted red peppers, has developed its own following. Seats are scarce, the menu is short, and nobody seems bothered by either.
