Psomi is a daytime Greek cafe and bakery in Tampa's Hyde Park, open for breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch, with a Michelin Bib Gourmand to its name. The menu drifts between Greek comfort and something more inventive, including a French dip built on feta-brined chicken and skordalia aioli. Save room: the bougatsa and baklava coffee cake are not rhetorical.
