Coworth Park is a country-house hotel with 70-odd rooms spread across the main house, old stables, and outlying cottages. The spa, half-buried under a living herb garden, is a genuinely unexpected piece of architecture. Ascot is nearby, Windsor Great Park even closer, and the horses are not metaphorical.
