Da Bibe
Tuscan
A summer terrace shaded by old trees marks the edge of Florence where the city gives way to Tuscan hills, and Da Bibe has been feeding people from that spot for longer than anyone can comfortably remember. It's a trattoria in the old sense, with cured meats and crostini leading into pici al ragù and the slow-braised beef peposo. The sixth generation runs the place now, which means nobody's fiddling with the recipes.
