A seasonal surprise menu, four or five courses of Italian and Mediterranean cooking, in a refined dining room not far from the lake in Richterswil. The chef comes from the province of Salerno, worked his way through fine dining kitchens, and lets that shape both the food and a wine list that leans heavily on Italian producers. The room reads upscale without being stiff, and the service follows suit.
