This two-Michelin-starred Italian fine dining room sits inside the Carlton Hotel with views across the lake, open through the winter season only. The chef comes down from the Lombardy flagship each year, bringing the signature dishes with him. Aperitifs first in the lounge, then precise, produce-led cooking with a wine list long enough to require commitment.
