    The tiramisu lives permanently in the glass vitrine outside the kitchen; everything else shifts with Italy's seasons, moving from northern richness in winter to lighter southern seafood and vegetables come summer. Dalla is a neighbourhood Italian in Hackney built on the traditional antipasti-to-secondi structure, and it carries itself with the easy warmth the name implies. It landed at number 70 on the National Restaurant Awards list in 2026.
