A cocktail bar that moonlights as a barbershop during the day, because why not. The current menu, called Liquid Gallery, builds drinks around painters and visual artists, so you might find shochu and ube nodding to Hokusai while a pine-and-moss concoction honors a Russian landscape artist most people couldn't name. The team also runs The Old Man nearby, and the three venues together have quietly claimed Aberdeen Street as their own.
