    Tucked between the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio, this small contemporary Italian restaurant earns its location without leaning on it. The room reads quietly chic without trying, and the kitchen applies the same logic to cooking: Italian ingredients handled with restraint, meant to settle rather than dazzle. A well-chosen cheese and charcuterie spread rounds things out, and the all-Italian wine list gives the Supertuscans plenty of room to make their case.
