Demi is Gavin Kaysen's intimate counter restaurant, a deliberately small operation that sits in the shadow of his better-known Spoon and Stable nearby. The room is close enough that you can watch the kitchen work through every course, which is either thrilling or slightly stressful depending on your personality.
