    The oyster bar sits front and center, framed by wine racks salvaged from an old colonial goods shop, which sets the tone for a bistro that takes its atmosphere as seriously as its cooking. The back room goes minimalist and quiet. Evenings bring a Franco-German menu, either à la carte or tasting, with enough creative turns to keep things interesting. Lunch is shorter and gentler on the wallet, with water, bread, and espresso folded in.
