    A Josper grill anchors the open kitchen at this Mediterranean restaurant in El Raval, a short walk from MACBA. The menu spans the full breadth of the region, and each dish comes with a note on its history, which sounds like homework but reads more like a good story. Bar seats face the kitchen directly, making them the obvious call. Three set menus or à la carte, depending on how committed you're feeling.
