Duchy is a relaxed Shoreditch restaurant where two Leroy alumni cook around the old Savoy duchy, that sprawling medieval territory straddling southwest France and northwest Italy. British ingredients do most of the work, plates are meant to be shared, and the menu moves at a pace that rewards ordering slowly.
