A polished pewter bar curves through a room that reads like Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen redecorating Wonderland, all blue velvet stools and purple high chairs. The hotel outside is prim Victorian; the bar inside threw that out immediately. It's a cocktail bar inside the Dylan Hotel, and it commits fully to the glam, in a way that makes restraint seem like someone else's problem.
