One of the dining rooms used to be the stables, which tells you something about the building and, honestly, about Sanlúcar. This modern restaurant inside a converted palacio in the Barrio Alto pairs antique bones with contemporary cooking that leans hard into local ingredients. The sherry list by the glass is extensive, as it should be in a town that makes the stuff. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand.
