There is no menu and no wine list, which is either liberating or terrifying depending on your relationship with control. This intimate contemporary Scandinavian restaurant in St. Anton runs on a surprise three-course format chosen by the Danish chef, while his partner steers you toward the right bottle. The room feels like a private dinner party at someone's very tasteful home, which is presumably the whole point.
