A coffered ceiling overhead and contemporary art on the walls set the tone at this Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant inside a boutique hotel that happens to be run by French art dealers. Chef Tiago Bonito builds the menu around personal memory and Portuguese tradition, from line-caught hake to sourdough brought warm to the table, all pulled through a modern lens. Aperitifs in the bar ease you in before the longer journey begins.
