A grand town house in Leuven converted into a Michelin-starred contemporary restaurant, with a patio that backs onto a working vegetable garden. The chef's cooking leans modern French but is shaped by an unusual devotion to vegetables, and the bread course exists partly to mop up the sauces. The sommelier has been doing this long enough to steer you well without making it a lecture.
