    Le Labo toiletries and Thai-inspired floral detailing fill the pale, spacious rooms, which is a perfectly pleasant way to return from whichever of this hotel's many venues you closed down last night. The Fairmont Sukhumvit is a full-floor-plan kind of city hotel, with a three-floor rooftop, a pool club, a cocktail bar, and a dinner concept that runs more like theater than a restaurant.
