    If you've seen a single photo of Québec City, you've already seen this hotel looming over it, green copper roof and orange brick against the St. Lawrence. The Château Frontenac is a sprawling, century-old castle of a property, six wings and around six hundred rooms ranging from cozy old-world to the more indulgent Fairmont Gold floors. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key. Bring your appetite for ornate antiques and printed fabrics.
