This Michelin-starred restaurant inside MGM Cotai holds a Forbes Five Star and delivers classic Sichuan cooking built on house-made chilli oils and secret-recipe sauces, with spices and wild mushrooms sourced directly from Sichuan and Yunnan. The numbing heat is there, but it shares the stage with sour, sweet, and bitter notes that keep things interesting.
