    Suites that open directly onto Gölköy Bay set the tone at this small, family-owned boutique hotel tucked among date palms and bougainvillea. Eighteen rooms keep things unhurried and unpretentious, white walls and parquet floors, with staff who remember returning guests by name. Lunch happens on the sand, dinner turns a little more considered, and the bar works with house-made syrups and whatever the market brought in that week.
