    The road to this Michelin-starred restaurant in a hillside Bodrum hotel keeps bending just long enough to make you wonder if you've taken a wrong turn. The dining room looks out over the bay, and the kitchen turns that setting into a kind of argument for Aegean cooking, working from classic roots toward something quieter and more precise. The champagne list is, by all accounts, a very serious document.
