A young couple runs this intimate Mediterranean restaurant in Cagnes-sur-Mer, one of them in the kitchen, the other handling both the room and the desserts, which is a lot to ask and apparently no problem at all. The cooking follows the seasons closely, and the menu reads like a farmers' market with a very good culinary education behind it. Picked up by the Michelin Guide, and priced in a way that won't require a long think before ordering.
