    A Michelin-starred dining room inside a luxury hotel on the edge of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, where the conservatory opens onto olive trees and a kitchen garden that supplies its own menu. The cooking leans Mediterranean but skews plant-forward, with flowers and herbs clipped from the grounds landing on dishes that are colorful and considered. The tasting menu has a clear point of view, and the setting does nothing to undercut it.
