Finn Juhl furniture fills the softly lit dining room in Frederiksberg, which feels like eating inside a design museum, if the museum had a Michelin star and a serious Burgundy list. This is a modern tasting-menu restaurant with an unusually democratic twist: you pick five courses from roughly a dozen on offer, rather than surrendering the evening to a fixed procession. The cooking is precise and composed, the wine list leans confidently French, and the whole thing runs with neighborhood warmth.
