    Each room at this city hotel in Ginza gets its own private bath filled with Atami hot spring water, the same thermal source the FUFU brand was built around. Yukimi-shoji screens, yukon and hinoki scents, handmade crafts, and individually designed spaces make it feel closer to a countryside ryokan than a Ginza address. Two restaurants handle seasonal Japanese cooking, one with private dining rooms, one with counter seating.
