    Ginza's first natural wine bar sits on the roof here, which tells you something about how the Tokyo EDITION operates. Ian Schrager and architect Kengo Kuma built this boutique hotel just off Chuo Dori, and the result is the EDITION's signature cool filtered through a Japanese minimalist lens. Eighty-six rooms lean serene and spare, while the Punch Room below does a convincing London private-club impression for anyone who needs one in Tokyo.
