    A small, unhurried dining room in the Giesing neighborhood where the chef builds a six-or-seven-course set menu almost entirely from regional produce. The cooking holds a Michelin star, but the room feels more like a dinner party than a stage. The front-of-house half of the partnership keeps things warm and genuinely smooth, and the wine pairings, including non-alcoholic options by the glass, are carefully chosen rather than just present.
