    The cheese trolley alone could stop traffic, and at Gary Danko it arrives with the gravity of a state visit. This is old-school prix-fixe fine dining near Fisherman's Wharf, the kind where servers wear dark suits and the wine list requires a commitment. Three to five courses, ample choices at each turn, or hand it all to the kitchen. An AAA Five Diamond, and on Wine Enthusiast's Wine Restaurant Hall of Fame, if that helps justify the occasion.
