    Bosphorus views from a rooftop terrace set the tone for this boutique hotel in the thick of Galata, one of Istanbul's most rewarding neighborhoods for eating and drinking after dark. The rooms are quieter than the streets below suggest they should be, with rain showers and goose-down duvets as standard, and many have private balconies facing the water. Butler service covers whatever the room doesn't. The Michelin Guide has it among its selected hotels.
