    Vaulted brick ceilings meet mid-century furniture and inset lighting in this twelve-room boutique hotel a short walk from the Galata Tower. Floor-to-ceiling windows handle daylight; chandeliers take over at night. The kitchenettes are genuinely full kitchens in miniature, which matters when you're staying long enough to feel like a local. Two rooms per floor keeps things quiet, and the front desk, apparently, knows every shortcut the city has.
