A pizzeria steps from Salerno's waterfront, with a terrace open year-round and an interior that somebody clearly spent real money on. The dough is soft and well-leavened, and the toppings lean on DOP and Slow Food-certified ingredients from across Campania, from the Vesuvian plains down to Cilento. The fried montanarina alongside the baked version is a nice touch, and the wine list is longer than you'd expect from a pizza place.
