A mezzanine perched directly above the open kitchen of 100/200 Kitchen, with a long wooden table split by a steel girder and a piano nobody seems to play. This Michelin-starred dining room is the same team's second act, a small à la carte operation where the brief is old French classics, rethought. Lobster Thermidor and pâté en croûte show up looking sharper than you remember them. The room is minimal, the service unhurried without being sleepy.
