British
A former pub in Islington that traded pints for natural wine and a tight seasonal British menu, and nobody seems to miss the pints. Goodbye Horses holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand, which fits: the food is serious without the room being stiff. Shared tables keep things convivial, the team knows the eclectic wine list cold, and the treacle tart has a following. The same crew runs an ice cream shop across the road, just in case.
