    A hand-painted fresco ceiling dominates the Art Deco lobby here, which reads less like a hotel entrance and more like a stage set where everyone knows they're being watched. This large luxury hotel sits between the Convention Centre and Victoria Harbour, and leans into both: conference facilities sprawl, harbor views fill about seventy percent of the rooms, and a 50-meter outdoor pool and running track round out the amenities.
