Perched on the second floor of the Grand Hyatt with Victoria Harbour spreading out behind the tables, it leans into the sunny, unfussy cooking of Naples and the southern coast. The chef grew up in Naples, and the menu reads like it. Order something with the Amalfi lemons when they're on.
