This old-school gomtang shop in Myeongdong has been ladling the same clear, bone-deep beef broth since forever, served with brisket, rice warmed in the soup itself, and chopped scallions. Come early, expect a line, and order the kkakdugi on the side. It is a bowl of breakfast that makes a strong case for rethinking breakfast.
