    Dark wood panelling, white tablecloths, and a cathedral view that Cologne's old guard has been sitting with for decades. This is a formal hotel restaurant in the classic European mold, where the kitchen runs ambitious French-leaning menus of four to six courses alongside à la carte. The caviar selection is genuinely its own thing. Lunch brings a shorter set menu for those who have somewhere to be, and a terrace for those who don't.
