Herbs & Rye
Steakhouse
Herbs & Rye is an off-Strip cocktail bar dressed as a steakhouse, all brick walls and red velvet wallpaper, with bartenders in black tie who seem unaware the buffet era ended. The menu is sorted by period, so a pisco sour comes from the Golden Age and a martinez from the Gothic one. It keeps pouring until 3am, which helps, since dinner reservations book up weeks out.

Harvey wallbanger
“This is where you want to order classics like a Harvey Wallbanger, cool and citrusy with an almost vanilla-y Galliano liqueur.”
