Now it's a boutique hotel in the Warehouse District, dressed in dusky mid-century rooms with industrial bones intact. The rooftop sauna is a sincere amenity in a Minneapolis winter, and Tullibee downstairs does locally sourced New American when you're ready to come in from the cold.
