Hiç Lokanta
Regional Turkish
A former Greek theatre in Urla's old town gives this seasonal restaurant an industrial edge that doesn't take itself too seriously. The kitchen leans on Aegean pantry staples, with the house-pressed olive oil doing quiet but serious work across the menu. Acidity and char pull the dishes in interesting directions. The crowd skews local and knowing, which is usually a good sign in a town this small.

Pickled sea bream
“Start, for example, with pickled sea bream with green apple and a splash of lime juice, then follow that up with melt-in-your-mouth charcoal-roasted lamb cutlets with parsley, olive oil and onion – straightforward and delicious.”
