    A rooftop pool overlooking Seville's historic rooftops is not something you expect to find tucked inside a whitewashed 18th-century courtyard house. This boutique hotel in the old quarter keeps things quietly contemporary inside, with slate floors, spare iron-framed beds, and frosted glass bathrooms that somehow feel more calming than the flamenco-charged streets just beyond the door. Inward-facing rooms are the peaceful choice; outward ones trade quiet for sunlight.
