Two adjoining houses, one classically Andalusian and one industrial, were stitched together into this boutique hotel just outside Seville's old town, and the seam is part of the charm. Marble staircases and wrought-iron railings meet futuristic bathrooms, while the traditional patio has a retractable roof for the rare evening when it isn't warm enough to pretend it's July. The rooftop bar has 360-degree views and a saltwater pool, which in this city is less an amenity than a moral obligation. Michelin awarded it one Key.
