    Virgin Coffee is a tiny to-go coffee shop near the Setas, and it holds the distinction of being Seville's first micro-roaster. Seating amounts to a few stools out front, so most people drink standing up like they're waiting for a very slow bus. The owner keeps short hours around the school run, which means arriving at the wrong moment ends in a closed door. Flat whites are the reason anyone bothers, and they are cheap enough to risk twice.
